ESPN: What happened to flatland coverage?

Interesting read on the ESPN site today, Roy Christopher writes about the lack of flatland coverage in the mainstream media, and why this occurs, for the most point, stating the obvious, still at least someones out there exposing flatland to the masses via the ESPN site.

FM exclusive! Sam Foakes August 2008 edit

Check this out! Tgm Maz has just dropped this, lil bit of background…Sam wanted to show a very progressive time in his riding career, and as hes not competing this year he wanted people to see this stuff, the three links that you see back to back, they were right as Mario turned the camera on! And the 7 infront of the bar whips to halfpacker backwards backpacker out, that was on a very wet day at tgm, pissing with rain, windy as fuck, right now i’d say this is one of the most progressive edits out there. Thanks to Mario and Sam for sharing this groundbreaking time in Sam’s career. Amazing!!

With the worlds fast approaching…

With the weeks counting down the 2009 Worlds in Koln is fast approaching, and last years winner Sam Foakes not competing, who will win this year? Two of the favourites must be current World Circuit No 1 Matthias Dandois, and Justin Miller, Justin has won the masters three times in a row (comparably to Martti’s triple X games wins in a row), Matthias interestingly has never won the Masters (worlds this year), also Adam Kun always seems to do well in Koln, placing top three on three separate occasions. Heres two battles between Matthias and Justin, each going either way. Who will win this year? Let us know what you think?

Flatground semi final 2007, Matthias wins…

Final Magic Flart, Columbia 2008, Justin Wins…

Max and Charles agoride edit
