Tight area, and tight edit, digging the tall guys pedal steam to crackpacker combo, can anyone identify them and where they are from?

The guy doing the pedal steam to crackpacker is Romulo Guerra
and the other is “Velho”(it’s a nickname).
Effraim their name is on the video 😀
