vader is when you put your foot on the tire and let the resistence of your shoe act like you would if you were to ‘feather’ your brakes, applying low pressure. Enough to keep the bike up but not enough to flip you over.
Its the ‘easy’ way to learn nose manuals without brakes.
Note, he doesn’t use a freecoaster.
