New! – Subrosa DTT Frame!

Yesterday we showed you the new St Martin Ten frame, well it seems like something is in the air… Check this spy pic of the Subrosa DTT Frame, designed by Kip Williamson. 19″TT, 13″ slammed rear. 75 Head angle, 71 Seat tube. Subrosa are of course known as a street brand, so this is pretty awesome to see and hear they are getting into flatland!

  1. I didnt’ design this frame. I had some input on the frame but the main driving force behind this frame is Chip Riggs who works at Subrosa/Shadow/Sparky’s Dist. I’ve been in their ear about it ever since the V2 sold out a couple of years ago.

There is a plan to release a 19″tt DTT flatland specific frame with the updated gusset bringing the downtube up for foot clearance. Hollow drop outs with integrated chain tensioners with a flush/recessed bolt that’s basically hidden inside the dropout.

This frame will feature an int headtube with removeable gyro tabs and brake mounts, and at this point the first run I’m hearing only BLACK frames.

There will also be a super limited edition special release Aggro Rag frame limited edition to only 43 and the way I understand it is, 21 will be 19″tt and the other 22 will be various street frame sizes.

Nothing is for sure at this point, but stay tuned to the MASTER BLASTER PLANET Facebook fan page as well as right here on Flat Matters for updates. It looks like a Febuary 2013 release…. JA!

  2. Thanks for the support Howard! I would expect nothing less than a dickhead unsupportive comment from you. You are a cancer to flatland.
