Great documentary of two athletes who work for Chain Reaction Cycles. Of flatland interest, Pete Hollinger’s section runs from 1:01 to 7:56. Great interview and insight into his worklife, how he got into riding, practise rituals, competing, etc, definitely well worth a watch!
nice interview 🙂 not sure what he means in Competions as there isn’t any but yeah cool riding.
I think Pete is saying he always dreamed of winning a pro contest, and he checked off that dream at the King of Southsea last year! He was buzzing, hopefully he will make it back to Southsea soon. Always a good time riding with pete! Enjoy these insight videos a lot!
Great piece. I enjoy watching Pete ride. It was a nice surprise to see him riding at the Harland & Wolfe shipyard. Such a historical place to ride. Some of the worlds greatest steamships were built there in Belfast including the Titanic.
and the Olympic Dale Titanics sister ship ,basically indentical
Correct Howard. As well as the third sister ship the Britannic. H&W added slightly more gross tonnage to Titanic. We all know what happened to Titanic, and the Britannic hit a mine off the coast of Greece while in service during the first World War. The Olympic was in service until the late 1930’s and was then demolished. My apologies to E and Pete for derailing the comments with steamship nerdery.
yeah you got it Dale ,you know your ships buddy .
Really enjoyed this, and I mean the whole edit. So well done!!!
