Old School Sundays with Bob Haro

Matthias Dandois now riding for Haro Bikes was big news this week. It only made sense to dedicate this weeks OSS to Bob Haro! In 1976 a Californian kid with pure addiction of BMX riding supported his passion for bikes first creating number plates for famous BMX racers, but when he was not designing products for his fast-growing company he killed time by learning tricks on his BMX bike like nobody else before. Bob Haro is the man,the pioneer, the inventor of Freestyle BMX riding! Check out this Rebel Tv Profile!

The inventor of freestyle, Bob Haro takes you on a trip down memory lane.

One year ago, December 10th 2011, the BMX exhibition « Béton Hurlant » was inaugurated at National Sports Museum in Paris. Six months later, we organized a big party with Mr Bob Haro and the best french oldschool freestylers… A unique celebration, timeless, rich in emotion and surprises…
The exhibition is now over, but for foreigners who couldn’t come to Paris, Bob was kind enough to play the guide in the Museum for an exclusive video! A great gift from the Father of Freestyle!
So enjoy your visit and don’t hesitate to share…
And for those who want to go around in the exhibition, freely and without a guide, a virtual tour in 3D is online! Just click on the link here and « walk » with your mouse :
