The Flatark finals went off in Kobe Japan, with Yohei Uchino crowned the 2013 World Circuit Champion taking the title for the second time, followed by Matthias Dandois and Tsutomu Kitayama. Congratulations to Ucchie, Matthias and Tsutomu!
