Chicken Boy just sent this to Freestyle Now (stunt team/comp organiser in Western Australia that I ride for too).
It made me think a lot. If somebody can make a living from flatland it’s probably going to be somewhere like China or Vietnam where extreme sports are way more of a novelty and a part of western culture that young people aspire to.
I didn’t speak much to Chicken Boy recently and I don’t know what he’s doing apart from riding. I might make it back over this year. Not sure yet…
