wow Lionel Cardoso ! heavy hitter of the early 90’s B.S comps, that guy was good. Graig Lepage !
yes Lionel was dope as!!!! fucking good dj too!
yeh nice, what does it take to judge a contest nowadays?
Being a legendary rider?
or having lots of contacts/charisma?
been wandering this for a while
Bidmas,
Can’t talk from all events, but from this, a rider such as Mike S for example. Is experienced, has a huge bag of tricks thus understands what’s hard and what’s not, he understands what is a good run (not just one trick etc), and also ability to stand up and make a decision. Mike is one of the best judges out there I would say, because of these factors. Plus i’m probably missing a few too…
Yeah fully, Mike kicks ass, i have great confidence in him as a judge, i was thinking more about martin, i know he judges a fair bit, but i dont know how experienced and tricktionary he has (for judging on one of the biggest contests around with some of the heaviest badass riders around attending) not trying to to make a deal, call out, hate or whatever or anything just genuinely curious. I bet there are a lot of more experienced in everyway riders/judges that could also fit the spot maybe even better.
I also understand not everyone likes to judge because its so hard and it takes a lot (in every aspect)to judge properly. Again, not trying to make a fuzz or anything, props to him getting the gig.
Craig Lepage Johnm no its Lionel Cardoso.
Lionel and Jimmy Petit were the guys behind STEREO PANDA
nah bro, I know ! in 94 I went to Hofman’s bikepark in SantaFe Oklahoma and Lionel was there, also in Chicago’s Scrap sk8park mate, and what I meant was that Graig Lepage was also french
I recall back in 94, Mat’s massive quarter was gone ’cause of some wild Oklahoma tornado, so there was no big air but I managed to help Mark “Chuck D” Owen, and Steve “the bull” Swoope with the Vert ramp, I feel proud about it loool top that one !. I’m not into stereo panda whatever it’s called, I like Poorboy and 2B homecooked
Steeve Inge ran Poorboy/Allied i have few 2B Homecook tops i got off Hal Brindley ,i was thinking of old Peregrine rider US rider Craig Lepage lol
i have Poorboy stuff also but not for sale ,nostalga reasons haha
