Old School Sundays
This section from Chad Johnston’s Reality Tv Part 2 at Pete Kearney’s RIDE Contest in So Cal, is amazing! Great footage of Jesse Puente bringing the plasticman and xft hitchiker on video for the first time, not to mention the junkyard turbine to caboose, there is a ton of other great footage from the likes of Chase Gouin, DMC, Perry Mervar, Bill Nitschke, and many more, a must watch if you haven’t already seen this, it may open your mind!
Old school Sundays
The man that is in all our thoughts, Chase Gouin, gave so much to the world of flatland! Here he is at the Rider Cup in 1992, this was the week after King of Concrete were he dominated, and also worth mentioning did completely different combos!

OSS this week goes back to 1994, and the release of the Chase “Ded” video, here it is, with a few deleted scenes, this video was so inspirational during the mid 90’s. Enjoy this one if you never saw it. Chase is a beast!
Worlds 1994
Apologises for lack of updates the last 24 hours, I’m currently in the apple store, waiting for appointment, catching up on emails, and videos, heres a nice edit from the Worlds 1994, featuring Day Smith, Paul Osicka and Phil Dolan, enjoy!
Old School Sundays Part 2
Part 2 of OSS is a new “old” face to me, I must admit to not knowing who David Morris is, you might not either, but watch this edit from circa 1989 and you’ll see that he was awesome, Cash Reynolds sent this in, and gave me a lil’ background on David.
“David was the real deal as you can tell from the video, we lived in western Washington state, rode factory Redline and made our living doing Flatland shows at schools around the state. David was also the #1 pro Flat rider in the (NAFA) North American Freestyle Association back in the late ’80s/ early ’90s. The NAFA was the Freestyle competition circuit for the Pacific Northwest.”
Old School Sundays Part 1
Short edit from the 1991 Worlds in Aalborg, Denmark, featuring myself (where I won my first World title), Armin Batoumeni, and Chris Poulos.
Old School Sundays
