That was an intense final! The new two run format pushed the level even higher, with the riders really going for it!

It went down to the wire, in one of the most exciting finals I’ve seen in a while.

Congrats to Kio Hayakawa with a mind melter of a second run to take the win from Yu Katagiri who threw everything at it to take second followed by three times Fise Montpellier winner, Yu Shoji.

In the women’s elite class, Chiaki Todaka took the win, followed by Karin Hommura and Anna Mondics in third. If someone has a podium shot please send it over!
