“There is no where else I have experienced such acceptance and freedom to be amongst a group of people. Flatland is singly the only place I’ve experienced that you can go up to anyone and the instant you say ‘hi’ you feel comfortable as though you are long lost friends. Sharing a passion so deeply ingrained in you immediately breaks down any lifestyle, class/skill level, belief or language barrier. The community of flatland makes the sport what it is to me.”
