Must Watch: Cory Fester / Under the Radar

What a month for flatland video parts, and it continues right here with a beautiful concept. Cory Fester last released video was his “16 days” part, and today Monday 22nd December marks 16 years.

At 21 minutes long filmed between 2009-2025 there is a lot to take in here, it’s fully time to grab a cuppa and enjoy Cory go all in and get the dream combos on his list.(check the end of the video!)
If you know Cory, he does not mess around, and besides the obvious hammers that are going to have everyone talking.

I loved some of the subtles, the backwards tea kettle turbine to forwards at 8:45, the genius of the can-can ride in to backwards half packer at 10:18.
The double hanglider lines, into hang 5 at 10:33 and hitchhiker at 17:15.
And the last section that starts at 17:00, the opposite flail body varial to backwards half packer at 20:34!

Big respect Cory, this is one hell of a project! Let’s talk about this one!!

  1. DECIDED ! Edit AND rider of the year ! Cory Fester SLLLLAAAAAMMED the net / BMX Flatland today ! Still watching it before I really comment on it……I will say this……….switch hand steam -180 BODY VARIAL / whip , landing to side packer !

    • CHANGED vote ! I still respectfully vote for Corey for EDIT OF 2025 ……..however , I vote for Austin Luberda for RIDER OF 2025 ! This was a HARD decision . Mad respect to Fester ….hell , he could earn a vote for EDIT OF 2026 with these hammer lines !

  2. Watched this three times now. Can’t say I’ve done that for any other video in a long time. Definitely contender for edit of the year.

  3. Incredible video. I can’t imagine how much satisfaction Cory must have had from putting this anthology together. This video had everything from the start to the finish. Creativity, control, power and flow to the head-banging crashes. Take a bow, sir!

  4. Damn, that was fucking beautiful. Best edit I’ve seen in a long time, Cory is an absolute legend.

Wish there was a list of the music – those tracks fit the vibe perfectly.

  5. I must’ve have said WTF quite a few times throughout that edit!
+ I got to admit I spent a bit of time wondering what was on the whiteboard behind that drape, and the ending did not disappoint!

  6. The whole video is incredible and many switches at the last 2 minutes are outstanding! This made me get in a whole new mindset of filming a new video project also! Cory thank you

  7. Sheesh. Amazing stuff. And nobody crashes like Cory doing flatland…..If they do, I don’t want to see it. It looks painful. I fell ‘backwards onto the bike/pedals/pegs’ doing a dumptruck/caboose in 1989, it hurt, fairly bad, and I was going like zero miles per hour. Float like a butteryfly, sting like ya fell on the bike at speed.

  8. Dedication…still a small word, compared to what I’ve witnessed here..I’ll just say congratulations for finishing this project!Respect!

  9. Late catching up, as I often am, but just WOW! Off the charts difficulty and just amazing. Kudos, one of the best edits I’ve seen in years!
