  1. the vet class is the stupidest idea. just have 2 classes (expert/pro) or 3 (expert/master/pro).

    riding was aight tho.

  2. Great job Rad Dad. Keep the vet class alive as I hope to make it to an event an enter in that class in the not too distant future.

Therapy, the ‘Vet’ class gives us older fellows a greater sense of belonging at contests; Contest are naturally filled by riders of a much younger age as only a handful of riders continue when they get 40 plus like myself and Rad Dad. You’re right that the expert, master, and pro class would work, but arguably they have intimidating titles that have a less inviting feel to older riders.

  3. i dont know why i’m being labelled a hater or a douche bag. i’m just giving yall my opinion .

so now we should have classes based on age?

here’s an idea. if you’re over 40 and you’re a beginner : ENTER beginner class. its not rocket science.

i dont get why we need to have a Senior citizen’s class in flatland.

  4. there’s no beginner class. and there’s hardly any beginners. do your homework, therapy. and yes, a class for the huge amount of older riders is totally valid, duh. nice job Mark!

  5. nice ! watching guys my generation still riding is really encourageing for me. probably also encourageing for the youger riders, seeing they’ll still be able to ride over 40 and have so much time ahead of them.

  6. I was going to come on here and complain at Therapy.. But I just say this… Show up at a contest and compete. It will do wonders for your outlook.

Classes help the balance and encourage people to compete who might otherwise skip it. The more the merrier I say… if time and judging permits. If I don’t want to watch a class, I can do something else. I’d love to see the senior citizen class though. That would be so rad. I’d rather watch that than pros I think.
