yes still going strong ,keeps me fit as well , i know guys in USA who are late forties early 50’s who still ride a lot ,i do my stretches before and after riding and work out keeps me in shape , there is no age limit thats what i always say as long as you have the desire to ride you can , i will ride till i drop its all i know ,have fun Jan 🙂

Howard; still going strong? I am 26 now so if I take good care of my body I can continue well into my forties maybe fifties. Cheers
