Congratulations to Matthias Dandois who yesterday won the 2015 Com’in Lyon contest in very difficult circumstances after events in Paris on Friday night which shocked us all worldwide! Matthias dedicated his victory to a fellow BMX rider, Mathias and his girlfriend Marie who were victims of the attacks in Paris and everyone else who passed away and suffered. RIP.

Paulo Gepulango takes his last session before going back to riding brakes, below he explains more:
“Heres my latest video, featuring some of my new combos and some other weird stuffs. “the last session”, because recently i decided to put my brakes back on after 5 years of being brakeless. im trying to experiment a little about brakes and i also miss the feeling of using them, with this i try to combine my flows in brakeless and tech moves that i learned before when i had brakes. hope this experiment will give me positive results.”
The return of Level Vibes is one week away, for sure one of the most important events on the flatland contest calendar. With a week to go, lets go back to the last time this legendary event was held in 2009. Featuring riding from Mr LV himself, James White, myself, Viki Gomez, Sam Foakes, Giannis Caternellis, Jeremy Brosset, Phil Dolan, Steve Green, Jason Forde, and many others. During my stay in Colorado for BITR2 I had a lot of conversations with James McGraw about Frankie Arnwine. His name would always come up, but relatively unknown outside of the US. Check out this run from the AFA St Pauls contest in 89.
If you watched the livestream from the Transjam contest in Greenville, North Carolina last night you may have already guessed the results. But those of you who didn’t… Congratulations to Dane Beardsley taking the win with a really nice second run, followed on the podium by James McGraw and Joe Cicman! Todd Carter closely behind in 4th! That’s all the details I have so far, will update will full results when available.
