Noice! I like your videos and will be waiting for parts 2 and 3. So blasphemous to not have the scale ready for the first part, I am on the edge of my seat now! Lol.
That one handed pedaling time machine was so nice! Is this called a blender I forget? You have remotivated me to learn it, I’ve been working up to it for a couple years but kinda put it on the back burner for awhile now. Can almost get fully into the position,I can get feet on the pedals but still one hand on peg the other still on the bar, I haven’t built courage to try and place the hand on the bar to the other peg yet. Also haven’t tried pedaling yet, it’s so scary! But I must step up my game after having seen that clip.
