Stop 2 of the Fise / UCI World Cup went down last week in Birmingham, Alabama. Congratulations to Yu Katagiri taking the win in the Alabama humidity (even causing Yu heat exhaustion in prelims), Yu was followed by Japanese team mate Yu Shoji, and Jean William Prevost on the podium.

The Womens Elite class was dominated by the Japanese girls, with UCI World Champion Chiaki Todaka back on top form having an amazing first run to take the win, followed by Carin Hommura, and Sona Yoshumura rounding out the podium.

Congratulations to Bryan Huffman taking the win in the Open Class followed by Kelly Baldwin, and third went to Axel Reichertz from Germany, although attendance was small in the open class it was good to see this event happen on the Fise stage.
