I got the chance to connect the dots with Brant Moore during Fise practice, thanks Brant for this opportunity. We talk about how judging works, the impact of FISE on flatland, what could come with the growth of Flatland events through something like the Olympics, and much more. All of this happens while I commented on the pros riding during practicing, filmed totally on the fly.

Behind the scenes of big comps is almost always interesting. And I was glad to see the judging was pretty good at this comp. Plus it was cool to see the hot new Japanese rider there, and old mid-skool spinner/ripper/180*bikeflipper Matt Wilhelm showed up to lay down some pretty solid combos. 🙂
