Mik Penar – 2016 Flatland BMX

It’s been a great week for edits this week, let’s kick off with this new edit out of Mik Penar, here’s what he had to say:

“I’ve been working on this edit for the past month or two and finally its here! This edit was filmed in multiple locations across Ireland and Poland. Its great to document your riding and see your own progression over time, and looking back at my last edit from two years ago I can’t believe how much I’ve progressed. And I can’t wait to see what level I’ll be at in another two years. I’ve been back riding BMX for around three and a half years now, this is my passion.”

Must Watch! Matthias Dandois – Haro Bikes 2016

There’s a lot to admire about Matthias Dandois’ riding, I’m personally always amazed at his work ethic, constantly away from home and still progressing and dialled as ever! That’s not easy, this new Haro Bikes edit where he teamed up with Christian Rigal in Paris and San Diego and blends the line between flatland and street further.

We all know Matthias as a dialled contest rider, take a look at Matthias throw legit flat/ street lines down, this is very much a different Must Watch than what I would normally give. This edit really gave me a feel of how natural Matthias’ riding has become.

Some of the highlights for me:

– The triple backwards manual g-turn line at 1:11!

– Half cab half whopper xft inside steam line at 2:47!

– The carved backwards manual line followed by the half cab 5 manual line at 3:52 onwards.

– The ending half cab ago over rail and stairs at 4:29 is balls out, especially I hate to say it but for a flatlander!

Hit play to watch one of the most diverse riders on the planet, do his thing!

Cory Stratychuk – Part 2

Part 1 got a good reaction yesterday on the site, today we have Cory Stratychuk’s Part 2 edit with more great clips from Cory’s career. Love the hitch kick flip line at 1:19, and the opposite xft hang five 360 bar flip to pedal steam with the pedal elevated at 2:26 is still amazing to this day and there’s a whole bunch more! This is well worth a watch!
