This is a rebuild and maintenance guide for Nankai 3/8″ and 14mm freecoasters. There is a lot of info on the web about these hubs and I hope this video will help complete some of the holes some people have in their info about them. DIY Stem pad

Personal mods are awesome, here Michael Chua from http://www.bmxflatland.net explains how to make stem pad with a computer mouse pad.

1) a computer mouse pad;
2) a thin velcro strap;
3) a pair of scissors to cut the mouse pad; and
4) a sharp-tipped knife to cut small slots into the mouse pad material.
