My gut feeling watching all four runs from Dom and Moto, best run counts, I would have had Dom’s first run first place. Perhaps Moto’s originality edged the scores, as I would imagine it was a tight decision.
Judging is difficult and results are almost always debatable. I have respect not only for the riders in this contest, but also for the guys vounteering to stick their head out and judge the riders. One of the judges already said he had the feeling Dom could have been in first place. From what I’ve heard they have a solid judging system and I like that. It’s great the riders know what they’re “getting themselves into,” when they know the contest will be scores in a certain manner and they can depend on that. Not many riders take advantage of that, though. Riders always do their contest links and that’s it.
That first run is nuts! Dom is due a big win for sure!

I told him it is shame that he had some touches in the second runn, he could be first ! becouse of many hard tricks in combos 🙂 My opinion !!

Dom’s first run probably should have won it. Crazy hard super tech stuff and I don’t think he touched once, did he? The dood is a machine… amazing.

Couldn’t agree more Mike! I do think other contests should learn from this one, improvements can be made all the time of course.
