Nikola Olic has been out of the flatland game for seven months with a bad flatland-related tendon injury, and hit me up with a few lines he filmed recently at the London Bikes Secret Practice Facility. Always loved Nikola’s calm style, and some original ideas to boot. Worth a watch and welcome back Nikola!

Throwback Thursdays with Chase Gouin
This Balancing Part video part featuring one of the all time flatland greats, Chase Gouin put together by the man behind the Dorkin’ in York video series, Mark Eaton. Stresses to me the importance of the track you use for your part, as good as the riding is by Chase of course, the Alice in Chains track fits so well. And still gives the same feeling I had when I first watched this in 1997.
David Nagy – Under Construction
Short and sweet front wheel line from the underrated David Nagy, great to see him back posting regular goodness!
Alexis Desolneux – Halo
ALEXIS DESOLNEUX – HALO from HERESY BMX on Vimeo.
Alexis Desolneux takes a lil’ inspiration from Heresy team mate, George manis with this new halo edit. Here’s what Alexis had to say about this project:
“In December 2014, I got an email from George (Manos) asking me if I would like to send a few clips to the skateboarding group known as BA.KU. (Barrier Kult) as they offered to feature some clips of H E R E S Y riders in the friends section of their upcoming DVD. Being in contact for some time and having mutual respect for what we both do, some of us filmed a few moves in 2015 and sent the material. I had been willing to experiment with some lighting for some time and thought this was the chance to do something I had not done before with video. It was not about capturing rare tricks but just playing with lighting versus obscurity and spending a few hours one night by myself in a remote 2500 square meters warehouse on top of a hill, switching all lights off except for a halo. In the end, this footage didn’t make it into the BA.KU. DVD so here it is. HALO.”
Caen BMX Indoor
Nice edit from the Caen Bmx Indoor contest last weekend in Normandie, France featuring the likes of Fabein Stephan and many more.

Shinichi Kiba Landscapes 2!
Today we have a nice exclusive thanks to Stewart Munro! If you haven’t seen Landscapes 2, your in for a treat today! You can now watch Shinichi Kiba’s amazing part right here. From the opening backwards facing whiplashes to fork wheelie around the worlds to backwards crack backwards facing whiplash you know this is going to be serious stuff. Also wherever he and Hidenori filmed, wow that spot just looks so good and my favourite clip is Russia walking around the world fork wheelies effortlessly across this gorgeous marble spot.
