Voodoo Pre Jam Pictorial
All photos by Josh Weiss – follow him on Instagram @insta_weiss
Like I said yesterday, Instagram and also twitter were going off with updates on the 2012 Voodoo pre jam. Besides the shot I posted already Terry took, fellow instagrammer Josh Weiss posted some great shots of the jam. I hit him up and asked if it would be cool to feature his photographs on the site, Josh sent me a ton of photos, so i’ve picked out a few, others may appear at a later date. In related news, Ross Smith showed up at the Pre-jam yesterday, much to the delight of every flatland fan out there, check the photo! Good vibes in New Orleans! Good luck to all those competing today!
Between 50-60 riders made it out to the pre-jam yesterday.

Pete Hollinger – Geared Up!
Great documentary of two athletes who work for Chain Reaction Cycles. Of flatland interest, Pete Hollinger’s section runs from 1:01 to 7:56. Great interview and insight into his worklife, how he got into riding, practise rituals, competing, etc, definitely well worth a watch!
Navid Saleki – Welcome to Humör clothing

Voodoo Pre jam
Jean-Francois Boulianne (featured in the above shot) has been in New Orleans all week getting ready for the Voodoo Jam. Tonight I was lucky enough to get a live Skype feed to the jam by Scott O’Brien, and catch up briefly with a few heads. Scott reported there were about 50-60 riders in attendance with more expected tomorrow for the big day down at the Generations Hall! There have been a whole bunch of awesome shots all over instagram tonight, but this one seemed to sum up the pre-jam best for me. Hold tight for a whole bunch of updates throughout the weekend and next week!
