It’s time to get back on track with the Flatmattersonline exclusives after a short break last week. One of the main exciting things about producing these exclusives is not knowing who’s next to step up, and with the help of Robert Victoria… We have a fresh name to me, Kevin Arredondo Vasquez from Costa Rica!
Kevin comes through a smooth back line ending in the infamous Adam Kun no-handed lawnmower spin, I’m not sure what Adam calls it. Maybe the Kun spin?

Health Matters: Flatland and Elbow Pain by Scott Hagnas

Probably more Flatlanders have had their careers cut short by elbow pain than any other ailment. It’s almost epidemic in older riders it seems. I know how debilitating this can be firsthand – chronic elbow pain that started in 2003 eventually pushed me into semi-retirement around 2008. I rode infrequently from 2008 until 2015, but the elbow pain was always there even though I’d go weeks or months between sessions. In late 2015, I finally unlocked how to recover my elbows and in early 2016 began riding nearly every day once again. Now, nearly 5 years later and still riding regularly, I still have no pain.

I’ve shared what I did with numerous riders since then, and in every case, I’ve heard back how much it’s helped. If you aren’t into long articles and just want to jump to the #1 thing, scroll down to point #4 and do that. However, I’d suggest reading all of this if your elbows are not 100%!

Welcome back, after some technical difficulties we are back! Episode 45 of the Flatmattersonline exclusives with Chris Böhm, Chris is one of the most energetic riders in the game, the man is all over social media like a rash and makes life work as a professional flatlander. Chris comes through with a heavy freestyle line, especially like the hang 5 switch foot ankle death switch in this one. I don’t recall seeing this too much, I am sure that will change now, this switch is amazing!

Must Watch: Terry Adams / 2020 Instagram Clips

Regardless of no contests or not in 2020, it has already been a great year for Terry Adams. TA has really knuckled down and got to work under the MK Format regime, and looks in better shape physically and riding wise than ever before.
During the global lockdown, Terry won the Game of Bike against Alex Jumelin, Matthias Dandois, Martti Kuoppa, Frank Lucas and Travis Collier, that’s a stacked group of heavy hitters!
This edit features a bunch of clips from that Game of Bike plus his regular instagram posts, put it altogether, and you have a banging edit!
