Must Watch! Dez Maarsen – Lost Tapes Pt 3
This last week has been out of hand with amazing edits and it continues right here with Dez Maarsen and his “Lost Tapes Part 3” edit! From the opening combo, forward karl half packer one handed two footed pivot xft steam body varial to halfpacker line at 00:38 I was gripped to this, other highlights for me include the forward karl pivot backwards spinning xft spinning steam shove it halfpacker pivot xft steam line at 2:02 (so many switches with very little deadtime!).
Dez is known as a front wheel killer, but also shreds on back wheel too, I loved the two footed backyard gliding gerator pivot xft turbine pivot back to two footed backyard around the 2:50 mark, and the ending hang ten pivot backwards spinning karl to xft halfpacker line is ridiculous! Enjoy this christmas treat from Dez!

Percy Marshall hits up downtown Toronto, Canada for a session at the TD Centre and kills the spot plus Percy cruising the streets whiplashing and foot jam decades in front of cars. Enjoyed this one!

Let’s start the month of August with an amazing demonstration of stamina, bike control and consistency to drop a 15 minute combo by the one and only, Rodney Williams! Rodney was already a few minutes into this combo when Gino Palencia started filming, there’s a nice moment here when Yohei Uchino realises he’s witnessing a moment and stops to watch Rodney do his own thing at the Voodoo pre jam. Respect!

What a good day it’s been for edits, hyped to see some new Dominik Nekolný footage and even more so especially as he’s riding back wheel! The triple Degroot style undertaker line at 00:25 is so clean, digging the focus and pushing one concept in this, and in typical Dom style, the technique is perfect! Look out!

July was yet another amazing month for flatland in 2015, as is the nature of the beast with so many videos daily. You can forget what happened and when pretty quickly, lets go back through what went down in July!
GG.M.image Riders, Viki Gomez, Alberto Moya and Varo Hernandez in BCN, for Barcelona Extreme, grabbing a session at the waterfront spot right by the legendary Sea Walls. Viki ends this one as we all thought about doing, but he did it! Good times! Proper summer time vibes to begin July with!

To celebrate Jody’s 27th anniversary riding bikes, Jody just dropped this short but sweet “Summer Short edit”. After battling a severe back injury for the last year or so, it is great to see some fresh Jody Temple footage. Stoked on the half hiker pivot karl bar flip line at 00:49, and the hang nothing bar flips at 1:17 is so good! Much more than that Jody’s and I guess the Athens crew as well, always look like they are having a blast on their bikes! That’s ultimately what it is all about!
